Today the Moon in Taurus conjuncts Jupiter in Taurus at 4:53 am. This is a pleasant transit that evokes feelings of camaraderie, joy and generosity. It’s a good day to spend time with friends or have a challenging Mercury Rx conversation with someone because Jupiter the benefic is softening hard edges. Jupiter is also expanding and exaggerating your emotions which could go either way so be self-aware of your emotional responses and regulate as needed. You could also utilize this energy by going on a small day trip or studying religion or philosophy. Since these sky objects are in Taurus pampering yourself by a nice bath, hike, massage, etc is a nice use of this energy.

On this card Dawn is shown holding a sword walking around the underground of the cemetery. This is the Buffy Season 6 finale Grave where Willow goes evil and tries to destroy Earth. Dawn is stuck in the hole with Buffy. She begins criticizing Buffy for not telling her about Spike attempting to rape her and for her being overprotective. Dawn wants to be treated as an adult and wants the truth not the censored version. They proceed to fight off some monsters together and Buffy is impressed by Dawn’s strength and sword skills. Strength is about power we access not through brute strength, but through gentleness and vulnerability. Strength is bravery, compassion, divine trust, commitment to persevere through obstacles and patience. Strength is related to Leo and reminds us that Leo’s greatest attribute is their generous ability to hype other people.
If you have something you need to do that requires a leap of faith, great patience, a risk and show of vulnerability or honesty today is a good day to do it. You literally have the Strength to face whatever outcome happens and your Spiritual Guidance walks with you.
