Today Mercury in Capricorn trines Jupiter in Taurus. I asked my Guides what insight does the collective need for today? I pulled the tarot card 8 of Stakes or 8 of Wands. The world does not stop because Mercury goes retrograde. Communications are still ubiquitous. Jupiter is increasing and expanding communications. 8 of Stakes is reinforcing this sentiment that we must go forward even when it feels like walking through mud. Mercury trine Jupiter is a harmonious aspect so harness this energy to get shit done. But instead of initiating new endeavors go back to prior ideas that you never materialized. That resume you’ve been working on send it out, that creative project you stop and start, pick it up again. Now is a perfect time for revising past work or doing research. Jupiter may bring you good news! Typically it is advisable during a Mercury Rx to not attempt new projects or finalize anything, but Mercury trine Jupiter is an exception to that rule. This is probably the best transit of the Mercury Rx to finalize a contract or agree to long term plans. We cannot fully stop living because a planet goes into Rx while it is beneficial to be cautious sometimes you must make important choices during Rx season. Use your best judgement and follow your intuition. Yesterday, I advised to be cautious and that circumstances were too uncertain. This energy is still present, but Mercury trine Jupiter is providing mitigation. Utilize this transit to your benefit now and know it happens again January 19, 2024.
